The estate style fence is the most economical cedar fence style. It is simple, yet stylish, showcasing a flush outer exterior broken into sections by beveled capped posts. Ideal for most residential neighborhood, single or multi-family homes, it can be great addition for any family. Inside the fence, rails are placed near the top and bottom to add stability but are not visible from the outside.

Like the modified panel style, the full panel includes a picture framed top, but with the fascia board installed at the bottom of the posts, touching the ground. This creates a fully framed fence panel, which although aesthetically pleasing, is not optimal for our PNW climate. We recommend installing a modified panel instead, which, achieves a similar, picture-framed style, without having the supporting fascia board touching dirt and accumulating moisture.
